We want you to be fully satisfied with your University Athletics Store purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged merchandise. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
